Delivery & Returns

We want your Worthy Wax order to arrive quickly and safely. The information below explains how we deliver your order and how to return an item if required.

Delivery

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24®, providing a fast, reliable service with end-to-end parcel tracking.

Delivery is aimed for the next working day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed and may occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond Royal Mail’s control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Postal disruption or industrial action
  • High seasonal demand
  • Other unforeseen events affecting the delivery network

If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll keep you informed whenever possible.

Returns

We hope you love your Worthy Wax purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:

  • unused
  • unlit (where applicable)
  • returned in its original packaging
  • in a resaleable condition

Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@worthywax.co.uk.

Where possible, please include your order number together with photographs of any damage or fault. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement, exchange or refund.

Returning Your Order

Please package your return securely and include your order number inside the parcel where possible.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during their return journey.
