All Worthy Wax products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish, fragrance and appearance may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and do not constitute a fault.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them before accepting an order.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products or services.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched or your workshop booking has been confirmed.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment is taken in full when your order or workshop booking is placed.
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the times stated on our website.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Workshops
Workshop places must be booked in advance.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfers or refunds are subject to our Workshop Booking Policy.
Participants are expected to follow all safety guidance provided during the workshop.
We reserve the right to refuse participation where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or likely to affect the enjoyment of other guests.
Unless otherwise stated, participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
From time to time we may take photographs during workshops for use on our website or social media. If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs, please let a member of the team know before the workshop begins.
Gift Cards
Worthy Wax gift cards may be redeemed against products and workshops purchased through our website.
Gift cards:
Please treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.
Product Care & Safety
Candles, reed diffusers and wax melts should always be used in accordance with the care and safety instructions supplied with each product.
Please read all warnings before use.
Worthy Wax accepts no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from products being used contrary to the supplied instructions.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including text, photography, graphics, product descriptions, logos and branding, is the property of The Worthy Wax Company Limited unless otherwise stated.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
