- Validity Period: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and must be used by the named recipient or bearer.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat gift cards as cash. Worthy Wax is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, and replacements will not be issued.
- Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance can be used toward future purchases within the card’s validity period. No cash refunds will be given for unused balances.
